
June is a big month for charity 5K race/walks. Even if you've never run in your life, you can train to compete and complete for a good cause. I will be running in a 5K race created in memory of my sister, Kristin, who lost her life at the age of 26 after falling off a bicycle. She continues to inspire me every day of my life.
Here is a 9 week training schedule that will help you cross the finish line.
